There are reasons that people don't try to put all the plumbing, drains, vents, and electric breakers in one wall and one room of the house. But that's what you see here.
Additionally, this all meets the challenging constraints of code.
The wiring and conduit for the exterior shut-off circuts (below), in simplicity, equally represents elegant wizardry...but I will not attempt to explain further! (ask M. if intrigued).
